I have a passion for yoga and all things wellness!

I've been working in the yoga, fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years! When living in Los Angeles, I was teaching public classes at the Equinox fitness clubs, as well as yoga studios and at client's homes.

Now that I'm living in Rome, I teach at the lovely Zem Yoga Studio Roma. I also work privately with clients.

I offer 1:1 yoga, personal training, nutrition and wellness sessions that are done virtually.

In this often chaotic but beautiful world, we sometimes find ourselves struggling to stay in a state of balance and calm. A place where we are truly at peace within.

Through yoga, fitness, nutrition and holistic wellness coaching, my mission is to help you feel your best! Deepen your intuition, discover what is out of balance in your life, and learn how to reset and realign so you cultivate vibrant health, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

I help you take the stress out of eating, change your mindset with food, let go of the idea of "dieting", "good" foods and "bad" foods. Instead, learn to LOVE what you eat, find pleasure in food again, and create a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain long-term while getting the results you crave!

Holistic wellness involves creating balance between the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies.

To cultivate vibrant, glowing health involves more than what you eat and how you move. It also includes your stress level, how you sleep, relationships (with others and with yourself - self-love!), your career, passions, and if you're doing what you love, and following your joy!

While working together, we focus on diving deep into all these areas of wellness.

We discover the source of your struggle, whether that is weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, lack of joy or too much stress, then cultivate a personalized plan to reach your goals. We then create new wellness habits and action steps to move you towards your specific goals and desired outcomes.

Everyone is unique, and my coaching style reflects that. I customize everything from nutrition, movement, morning & evening rituals, stress relief techniques, and so much more.

A consistent yoga practice changed my life. Yoga creates strength, flexibility, peace of mind, and helps you develop a deeper self-awareness, gratitude, compassion and self-love. This transcends into all areas of our lives. That's why I implement yoga as a primary part of my program.
