5 Tips for a Spring Reset

Springtime is about renewal…clearing out the old, physically, mentally and energetically, in order to make space for the new and fresh to enter your life! Here are 5 ways to release & reset this season.

Rome is always beautiful, even in the colder weather, but I’m definitely looking forward to warmer, longer, sunnier days! 

Springtime is about renewal…clearing out the old, physically, mentally and energetically, in order to make space for the new and fresh to enter your life!

Here are 5 ways to release & reset this season:

  1. Physically clear out your home and belongings. By getting rid of things that you don’t use anymore and releasing clutter, you will feel lighter and more mentally clear! 
  2. Finish anything that needs to be taken care of. We all have things we procrastinate on, and put off until later. It feels so good to tie up loose ends and complete what you’ve been avoiding.
  3. Refresh your workout routine! Variety is key. If you feel like you’ve been doing the same thing for a long time and not seeing new results, then change it up! You may have hit a plateau.   4. Get out in nature. Spring is when the flowers bloom, we have longer days, and getting outside in the sunshine feels amazing! Start soaking up some vitamin D! Head to a park, the beach, the mountains, or whatever is calling you!
  5. Plan your summer vacation! It feels great to have something to look forward to, especially travel! My ideal summer trip has always been Europe, especially Italy. Getting away is a practice of self-care. Breaking your routine, seeing more of the world, eating different foods, experiencing other cultures, and allowing yourself the opportunity for rest and relaxation. Then you come back to your regular life feeling fresh and new!
